*Swedish Massage- This classic full body European style of massage is designed to calm and soften the body as well as increase relaxation, decrease stress and alleviate overall muscle tension. Abdominal work upon request.
*Deep Tissue Massage- This therapeutic traditional massage focuses on specific areas of pain and discomfort by penetrating deep layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve muscular soreness, assist in injury rehabilitation, and reduce swelling. This is not generally a full body massage, due to clients specific issues & needs.
*Swedish/Deep Tissue Combination (75 min minimum)- This massage gives the therapist enough time to cover the entire body and uses a combination of Swedish techniques to achieve overall relaxation and Deep Tissue techniques to decrease muscle soreness by also focusing on specific areas of pain. Abdominal work done upon request.
*SolFlo Massage (signature massage/(75 min minimum) ($15 upcharge to this service/ includes aromatherapy oils & hot towel wipedown)
This massage is a spiritual, nurturing, and flowing massage that will take clients to a beautiful space for healing and relaxation. This massage flows with the music creating a intuitive dance incorporating many bodywork techniques as well as Mistys own personal style of bodywork. Over the past 20 years, Misty has developed a massage that goes beyond the physical and uses bodywork as a meditation. This modality includes Esalen style flow along with many other intuitive strokes and techniques, energywork, and body movement with joint mobilizations to explore deep healing for the clients body, mind, and spirit. This is the ultimate massage that encompasses body, mind, and spirit healing.
*Sports Massage (Pre-event/Post-event/Rehabilitative)- This highly vigorous and energetic massage penetrates deep layers of the muscle fibers where chronic pain often resides. This wonderful massage is a combination of hands-on deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, movement, and stretching techniques.
*Reflexology (Hands/Feet)- This ancient Chinese technique uses reflex pressure points on the hands and feet that correspond to every major organ, gland and area of the body to restore balance and energy. 30-60 minute sessions, can do just feet or hands also.
*Pre-Natal Massage- This full body massage for pregnant women is not only wonderful for relief of back and leg pain due to carrying the extra weight of a baby but also for stress reduction and overall relaxation. Abdominal work, which gives the baby a little massage, available upon request. (Second or third trimester only)
*Hot Stone Massage ($15 upcharge to this service/ includes aromatherapy)- This therapy goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health, and well-being. The use of hot and cool basalt and marble stones create a “vascular gymnastics” of the circulatory system assisting the body in self-healing. Some energy work included.
*Seated (Chair Massage) $1.50 per minute (15-30 mins)- This massage targets the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back and is performed while the client is fully clothed. This energetic massage is done on a seated massage chair and will leave your muscles and joints feeling loose and flexible. Works great at corporations, festivals, expos, and parties.
*Thai Massage Mat, Table Thai, Swedish/Thai Combo- This traditional Thailand massage incorporates assisted Hatha Yoga and acupressure work. three dimensional movements of gentle rocking, deep stretching and compression are done with client fully-clothed on a mat on the floor. This treatment helps one reach a state of deep relaxation and comfort in the body, clear blockages of energy and generate a flow of Chi, resulting in a burst of energy. This massage can also be done on a massage table and combined with regular Swedish massage as well.
Ayurvedic Odyssey Massage ($15 upcharge to this service/ includes aromatherapy & hot towel wipedown)- Based on Ayurvedic practices from India. Enjoy three types of massage in one by 1 or 2 therapists in synchronicity. Includes a raw silk glove massage (Garshana), light herbalized oil massage (Abyhanga) and synchronized deeper massage (Vishesh) to relieve tension. Finishes with a warm towel wipe down and energy balancing.
*Headache relief treatment- Relax tension, sore muscles and improve blood flow to relieve pain from headaches. Neck, shoulders, face & head massage with aromatherapy and acupressure.
*Energy Balancing (Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Pranic Healing, Vital Touch Marma Therapy)- Powerful, holistic, hands-on systems of energy healing that utilizes specific techniques for restoring & balancing the body, mind & spirit. Energy work promotes physical & emotional healing while the client is fully clothed.

If you are wishing to book an appointment or register for class at SoderWorld in Willowbrook, please go to www.soderworldwellness.com for list of services & prices and call 630-455-5885 to book. If you are wishing to book an out-call appointment to your home or business, the fee is a flat rate of $80 per hour for any service, unless otherwise noted and there is a $25 travel fee added to amount of service. Sessions can be booked anywhere from 60 mins to 3 hours and must be pre-booked. Discounts apply when buying packages of 5 or more services at one time or for groups.
